"Forty Four" comes from the album, "Howlin' Wolf, Rockin' the Blues Live in Germany 1964". The album was recorded live in a concert in Bremen, Germany and has been issued and reissued numerous times. This time around this is a 2003 release.

Howlin' Wolf, Chester Arthur Burnett, was in his mid-fifties when he recorded this concert & was still at the top of his game. His band is right there with him the entire time...and Willie Dixon's arranging and production is worthy. Enjoy!
